This is a series of prints I have worked during the last couple of years under the guidance of the Master Printer Kathy Caraccio. Along with her, I figured out the "are you ok?" prints and, pretty much any surface or material I would want to try and get ink on.

These prints, I consider more like experiments and a start for projects that have been taking different directions, but always based on printmaking.

for this one I picked a vinyl recod and etched the image of a scuba diver under seas,
and then inked the record and ran it through the press The prin isn't cropped, I scanned to
get a better sense of the great detail I got from the lines of the record

this was the first test for printing with band-aids, I later on stiched in the red thread that reads: Are you Ok? for real thread to add volume.

From a series I have been working on, about getting images from catalogues that you get on the mail. I have been cutting them by the shape of the procuct, in this case, Patagonia  winter jackets, I then flip them over and try to recreate what i see in the back, which was just a bunch of snow. This is a print that I got from putting gesso on a silk fabric board.
